Victim Services Elgin provides assistance and referrals for victims of crime and tragic circumstances in Elgin County. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A victim is any person whose life has been affected by a criminal act, traumatic event or disaster, regardless of the severity. Witnesses to tragedy may also experience trauma reactions, even if the victim is unknown to them. Proud member of Volunteer Elgin.
